    Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time position Coordinator I in the Center for Fine Arts and the Department of Exercise Physiology. The Coordinator I provides professional, confidential administrative and academic support for the Center for Fine Arts and Exercise Physiology. This position is split between the Center for Fine Arts and Exercise Physiology. The position supports office operations, departmental records, budgets, communication, recruitment activities, meetings, events, student workers, and other duties as assigned. The position requires on-site work in both areas and may require occasional irregular hours to support events, performances, visits, or departmental activities.

    Associate degree or at least 1-3 years of secretarial/administrative experience is required. At least two years of related higher education experience is preferred. Proficient in grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills; accurate data entry skills; proficient skills in Microsoft Suites and Google suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving skills, strong organizational and office management skills, and the ability to work independently and with limited supervision on a wide range of program tasks. Knowledge of Canvas Learning Management System, Jenzabar, Salesforce, Cognos, or similar systems preferred. Knowledge of web page authoring, social media platforms, or related software preferred.
