    Responsibilities

    Based in Dublin Ohio, US the Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project team with the execution of the supplier roll out plan.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    Project Coordination: hands-on support, managing/completing project tasks, and liaising with team members (including external suppliers) to ensure milestones are met

    Project Administration: developing and managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, and logistical support

    Key tasks include

    Communication: Acting as a link between team members, (internal stakeholders, external suppliers), and the project manager

    Logistics: Scheduling meetings, managing resources, and facilitating follow-up interactions with suppliers and workshops

    Tracking: Monitoring project progress, timelines

    Documentation: Maintaining project plans, documentation, and reporting

    Qualifications

    2-5 years of Office Administration and or Project Co-ordination experience ideally in a procurement or technical related field e.g. Procurement, Pharma Industry, Information Technology / SAP user experience

    Working pattern and location

    Part Time role ~15-20 hours per week

    Hybrid role Remote / Dublin, Ohio office
