Coordinator Field Service Specialist

FieldBridge is looking for a Coordinator Field Service Specialist in Sharonville, OH to work for a global energy industry. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $35 - $40/hour | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, remote | Weekly pay every Friday | OT available during peak service periods | At $40/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $2,200 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring a Coordinator Field Service Specialist to support customer service requests, spare parts orders, and field service scheduling for a leading industrial equipment service organization. This role acts as the central point of coordination between customers, field service engineers, manufacturing plants, and internal teams to keep service delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer service and spare parts requests
• Coordinate field service engineer schedules and appointments
• Create and manage sales orders and projects in SAP
• Track spare parts delivery timelines against service appointments
• Maintain customer records in Salesforce/ServiceMax and support billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service operations, customer service, field service coordination, or order management
• Hands-on experience with SAP for sales orders, projects, billing, or invoicing
• Strong written and verbal customer communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• English fluency and ability to work independently in a remote environment
