Glen-Gery, one of the nation’s leading brick manufacturers, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Adel, IA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers and partners.
In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination between sales, warehouse operations, plant management, distributors, and customers—ensuring seamless communication and support. Responsibilities include providing product information, managing orders and sample requests, supporting inventory control, and resolving customer concerns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of products and inventory, enabling them to provide timely, accurate responses and deliver a high level of service to both internal teams and external customers.
