    Job Description

    STARZ is seeking a proactive and highly organized Coordinator to join our Corporate & Brand Communications team. This role will serve as the Coordinator of Corporate Brand Partnerships and will play an integral role in the central operations for the department, helping the team run efficiently by managing workflows, communications logistics, and internal coordination.
    This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership—providing high-level executive support to the Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications—while also supporting Corporate Brand Partnerships and Government Relations operations.

    This role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication instincts, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, creative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Executive Support:

    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate executive briefings.
    • Organize domestic and international travel, itineraries, and conference/event logistics for EVP.
    • Draft and proofread executive communications, presentations, and internal materials.
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports, coordinate speaking engagements, and maintain contact databases on behalf of the executive.

    Departmental Coordination & Operations:

    • Act as the Corporate Brand Partnerships operational lead—tracking project timelines, maintaining team calendars, and supporting alignment across internal and external partners.
    • Coordinate logistics for departmental meetings, PR events, company-wide announcements, and media opportunities.
    • Liaise with Legal, Finance, IT, and Facilities to manage contracts, vendor payments, and cross-functional workflows.
    • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and recurring departmental reporting needs.
    • Assist with onboarding of new team members, managing workspace readiness, tool access, and team integration.
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports.

    Corporate Brand Partnerships, Government Relations & Project Support:

    • Assist with special projects including brand initiatives including for the company’s #TakeTheLead commitment, brand partnerships and corporate brand programs.
    • Support in newsletter development and creation for government relations and brand partnerships.
    • Support in creation and editing of interview or event outreach and briefing documents.

    Qualifications:

    • 3–5 years of experience in administrative coordination, department operations, or executive support; entertainment, media, or communications experience strongly preferred.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including familiarity with formatting decks, memos, and high-visibility content.
    • Tech-savvy and resourceful; proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and tools like Concur, DocuSign, Slack, and Airtable.
    • Comfortable working with senior executives and across confidential or sensitive communications.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting or coordinating within corporate brand partnerships, government relations, or marketing departments.

    Compensation:

     $60,000-$65,000
