    The Role 

    The communications coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications messaging and programs, executing channel content, and maintaining team workflow strategies. 

     

    What you'll do day-to-day: 

    • Collaborate with the Communications team to complete communication requests including copywriting and graphic design 
    • Organize and execute content across all channels simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy, according to plan, by deadline 
    • Adhere to Communication team practices, brand guidelines, and company voice 
    • Coordinate and support community engagement programs and company events, as needed 
    • Assist in project management on our PMS monday.com 

    You Bring 

    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, advertising or related field 
    • Direct experience working in workflow management and content creation for a company, brand, or agency 
    • Excellent attention to detail 
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    • Knowledge and use of AP style 
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure 
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
    • Ability to set and meet goals 
    • Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines 
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) 
    • Advanced software aptitude and uptake

    Salary Range

    The salary range for this position is: $42,000.00 - $72,800.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
