Position Overview
As a Coordinator I, Central Business Operations, you will play a key role in auditing titles and processing critical documentation to support CarMax's operational success. This position requires strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering title data into internal systems, as well as efficiency in handling administrative tasks such as sorting mail and preparing shipments. You'll contribute to streamlined title management processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery to CarMax locations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop organizational skills, learn operational workflows, and grow within a dynamic, industry-leading company.
This part-time role is 100% onsite at the Richmond, VA Home Office and typically involves approximately 25 hours per week. Schedules are determined by operational needs and generally span four or five days, with all work occurring between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Specific scheduling will be discussed during the interview process

The hourly rate for this position is:
$18.30 - $25.60
Benefits:
Except as otherwise required by state law, those considered part-time are eligible for sick time only in states that mandate it and amounts are accrued on a per pay period basis and range from 24 hours to unlimited based on state rules. In Washington, part-time Associates receive sick leave consistent with state law. Part-time Associates are also eligible for between 8 hours and 40 hours per year of vacation based on their length of service and subject to a 1 year waiting period. Part-time Associates are also eligible for 4 hours of Floating Holiday Time each calendar year subject to manager approval.
