Job Title: Associate Marketing Specialist

Location: Raritan, NJ 08869

Duration: 4 months contract on W2

Note from Hiring Manager:

• Role will be Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Raritan, NJ
• Manager would be good with seeing candidates who are right out of college
• Bachelors degree is required
• This is a Marketing Admin role
• Looking for candidates who want to get into Marketing / Sales
• Looking at candidates who are "green " with fresh experience
• Must be energetic and willing to learn
• Must be willing to connect with Stakeholders to get things done
• Will work with brand managers about content, and work with the agencies as well
• Will be working with Shipping Samples, and will travel with team when needed (not very often)
• Will work with 4-5 different brand leads and will work with getting tasks done

Description:

The Marketing Specialist Associate will support activities for the Global Strategic Marketing team, including assisting with marketing plans for brand activities and initiatives such as Global Surgicel Week. This role involves leading preparation and planning for KOL engagement conferences and congresses, supporting digital education campaigns and assets, managing timelines and deliverables, participating in content reviews, updating or creating new marketing collaterals based on new brand guidelines, assisting in the production of marketing materials, and maintaining records for approvals. The Associate Marketing Specialist will also partner with the GSM and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project deliverables.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with marketing plans for brand activities/initiatives (e.g., Global Surgicel Week)
• Leading preparation and planning for KOL engagement conferences/congresses
• Supporting digital education campaigns, managing timelines/deliverables, and participating in content reviews
• Updating and creating marketing collaterals based on new brand guidelines
• Assisting in production of marketing materials and maintaining approval records
• Collaborating with GSM and cross-functional teams for timely project delivery

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor''s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to use and edit a SharePoint site
• Ability to prioritize based on objectives
• Adaptability to revise plans as changes occur and new tasks are added
• Accurate and up-to-date file and business record maintenance
• Attention to accuracy and detail while multitasking

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns
• Previous involvement in conference or congress planning
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and marketing collateral creation
• Healthcare industry experience

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $30.44- $33.49 per hour.
