Coordination Manager - New Generation Systems (NGS)

Role Overview
This role serves as a highly trusted strategic partner responsible for enabling leadership effectiveness, driving operational cadence, and ensuring alignment across lead staff and cross-functional teams.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support by facilitating critical business rhythms, enhancing communication strategies, and driving execution of key initiatives. The position requires strong business & leadership acumen, executive presence, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives assigned by the SVP of New Generation Systems
Consolidate and present future staffing plans, in collaboration with the department heads
Consolidate, present and maintain a list of future project opportunities in collaboration with Commercial Operations
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives including facilities or operational improvement projects
Prepare, with support from SVP, presentations to business executives and others.
Act as a strategic partner to the SVP
Analyze departmental key performance indicators and provide summaries and recommended actions
Assist with identification of risks and gaps that need to be addressed
Track and prioritize actions
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively elevate to leadership
Own and coordinate key leadership cadences, including:
Monthly Operations meetings
Monthly/Quarterly Project Review Meetings
Periodic staff meetings
Other Large Team Building Events
Maintain a dynamic, prioritized "to-do" and "not-to-do" framework; regularly review priorities and progress with the SVP.
Manage a team of project administrators who support our project operations, responsible for their deliverables & value provided to the core team.
