Job Summary

The Systems Integration Coordinator is responsible for supporting SIPM in planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation, customization, and optimization of the organization’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and related applications. Supporting SIPM on workflows, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring full integration across clinical, administrative, and financial systems. Collaborate with SIPM and clinical leaders, operational teams, IT, and vendors to support design solutions that enhance data integrity, maximize reimbursement, and support efficient patient care delivery.  Leverages data analytics to drive informed decision-making, identify trends, and monitor operational and financial performance.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Work Experience

Three years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting, with experience in EMR implementation, optimization, or system integration is required.

License/Registration/Certification

Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or Certified Professional in Health Informatics (CPHI) preferred.

Education and Training 

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate workflow challenges, interpret clinical data, and support EHR optimization efforts.
9. Ability to lead or participate in interdisciplinary committees, focus groups, or quality improvement initiatives related to informatics and clinical operations.
10. Skilled in functional testing, system evaluation, and feedback collection to support EHR upgrades and enhancements.
11. Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational standards.
