    Summary:

    The Revenue Integrity Coordinator is a support role that assists with revenue integrity initiatives and day-to-day activities across the System. Working under the guidance of revenue integrity leadership, analysts, and auditors, the coordinator provides documentation, tracking, and basic reporting support for activities that may include support for chargemaster (CDM) maintenance, charge capture monitoring and auditing, denials management, and payer audits and appeals. This role helps organize information, coordinate follow-ups, and route items to the appropriate owner under the scope of the Revenue Integrity department.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred.
    • 2-4 years of healthcare billing/revenue cycle experience (e.g., hospital or physician billing, claims, denials, payment posting, charge entry, registration, authorizations, or coding support) required. Basic understanding of hospital billing concepts and willingness to learn payer requirements and compliance standards (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurers). Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service; able to communicate clearly and escalate issues appropriately.
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email; familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) and/or billing systems preferred.
