Cooperative General Manager

A very successful rural South Dakota cooperative is seeking a General Manager due to an upcoming retirement. This position offers an excellent compensation and full benefit package.

Brief overview of Cooperative:

• Locally offering grain, agronomy, energy, and feedmill services
• Extremely loyal customer base acheived through a record of excellent Customer Service
• Located in a rural community with a top rated school and active cooperative board members

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning and direction of facility operations
• Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules
• Oversee a team and promote safety, operations, and logistics

General Manager Requirements:

• 10+ years' grain experience preferred
• Self-motivated, ambitious and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
