As Lodge Supervisor, you'll oversee the lodge's daily operations, including ticketing, rentals, retail, lessons, and the café, helping ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, seamless experience from arrival to departure.

You'll lead by example, working alongside front-line employees to build a strong, service-focused team while maintaining high standards of hospitality, safety, and cleanliness. This hands-on role combines guest interaction, team development, and operational oversight, with an emphasis on creating memorable mountain experiences and keeping the lodge running smoothly throughout the season.
