Baltimore Country Club is looking for passionate and hardworking Cooks to join our Culinary Team. Whether youre experienced on the line grill pantry or prep youll play a key role in creating flavorful high-quality dishes that our members look forward to every day.

TASKS

Prepare menu items for lunch dinner holiday events and special events

Follow recipes and ensure accuracy consistency and timely execution

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold safe food-handling practices

Work carving stations buffet lines and service displays as needed

Support a strong team-focused kitchen environment

REQUIREMENTS

Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen

Experience in fine dining buffets grill stations or display cooking preferred

Strong work ethic communication skills and attention to detail

Able to thrive in a fast-paced team-driven kitchen
