Schedule: Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner for meal service periods
Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, steamers, and fryers
Assist with menu planning and portion control as needed
Coordinate with food service staff to ensure smooth meal service
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and health department regulations
