About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team at Boss 5 Star Lounge in Sacramento, CA. If you have a love for creating delicious dishes and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
Assist with the development of new menu items and specials
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
Food Handler's Certificate or ServSafe Certification
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Passion for creating high-quality, delicious dishes
