WHAT YOU LL DO
Prep and cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items for line service and private functions
Execute standard recipes precisely and consistently across all stations
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
Operate professional kitchen equipment safely and correctly
Cover, store, and rotate all food products per food safety standards
Support the team during service pitch in wherever needed
Contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen with a positive attitude

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen
Culinary school training preferred or equivalent hands-on experience
Solid knife skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
Team player with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed, you take pride in your work
Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable with weekends and holiday availability
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED
Valid California driver s license
Food Handler Certificate required within 30 days of hire
