About the Position
Harvest Hospitality Group at Hopewell Valley Golf Course is looking for a dependable and motivated Cook to join our food and beverage team.
Our kitchen serves a wide variety of guests throughout the golf season, including daily golfers, families, local customers, golf leagues, tournaments, corporate outings, weddings, parties, and other special events.
This position offers the opportunity to work in both our restaurant and banquet operations, providing variety and the chance to develop a broad range of culinary skills.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in preparing good food, works well with others, and can maintain quality and efficiency whether we're serving a small restaurant crowd or producing food for a large golf outing or banquet.

However, golf-course experience is not required.

Working in a public golf-course kitchen provides a unique combination of restaurant, catering, banquet, and high-volume food service experience.
You may spend part of your day preparing food for restaurant customers and another part preparing for a golf tournament, wedding, corporate outing, or large banquet.
That variety makes this a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their culinary experience and learn how different types of food service operations work.

Harvest Hospitality Group was formed in 2011 and consists of the following "brands" including: Harvest Specialty Catering (established 1991), Chez Alice Catering Company (established 1991), Beary Smart Lunches (established 2023), and Midnight Moon Cakery (established 2014). In addition, there's two food trailers, Harvest BBQ (established 2014) and O'Lobster (established 2019). Originally established as retail locations, we have transitioned over the years to primarily off-premise catering work along with contract services in a wide range of industries from schools to event locations, including the re-imagined Hopewell Valley Golf Club.
