Job Description

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is looking for hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our Back of House team. Team members may assist with line cooking, grill and fryer operations, food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role is essential to delivering high-quality food and ensuring a safe, efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Fuzzy's Taco Shop recipes and standards
• Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and stocking ingredients
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, storage areas, and kitchen facilities
• Restock inventory and notify management of low supplies
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely service

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
