This role supports a fast-paced dining program featuring elevated cuisine across multiple food concepts, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:Experience in high-volume food production, preferably with upscale or multi-concept dining programsAbility to quickly assess daily priorities and follow direction from the Sous Chef and Executive ChefStrong multitasking skills, including managing daily production and prepping for upcoming serviceProven skills in preparing soups, sauces, and foundational recipesStrong organization, time management, and a sense of urgency and efficiency in a fast-paced environmentMaintain accurate weekly inventoryPositive, team-oriented approach with strong communication and a friendly presence within the kitchen and school communityProfessional, reliable, and easy to work with , down-to-earth with a respectful attitude at all timesSchedule:Monday - Friday6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.Occasional evenings and catering events
