La Dolce Vita is a cafe and contemporary art gallery on Bush Street in historic downtown Red Wing, serving brunch and dinner. We are hiring one or two part-time cooks to work our lunch service, dinner service, or both.

• Lunch shift, dinner shift, or both. 2 or 4 hours per day, 6 days per week
  
• Prepare and plate menu items to spec, consistently and on time
  
• Maintain a clean kitchen and follow food safety standards
  
• Stay organized and monitor inventory
  
• Prior commercial kitchen experience in a restaurant, hotel, or institutional setting (not home cooking)
  
• Ability to hold quality and pace; dependable and on time
  

Compensation is negotiable, based on experience.
