Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Cooks for available positions. We are looking for dependable individuals who can prepare quality meals while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and established standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and portion sizes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary cooking area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Stock and organize food and kitchen supplies
- Assist other kitchen staff as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Previous cooking or commercial kitchen experience preferred
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to follow recipes and instructions
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
Reliable and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
