Tenant is a small restaurant that serves a casual tasting menu for dinner. We re seeking a full-time cook to work Wednesday through Saturday. Hourly wage is based on capability to fill the available role in our kitchen ie, experience and skillset. Being part of a small squad requires the ability to adapt on a daily basis, in order to maximize what we re capable of serving.
Coworkers rotate positions and operate as front of house during service FOH experience is not required but is helpful. Cooks must provide their own knives and have four years of total kitchen experience, at a minimum of two restaurants, with at least one year at a single restaurant. All coworkers must have a general understanding of how full-service restaurants operate.
