Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital in Medina, OH to hire a Cook. We are hiring for first and second shift opportunities at a pay rate starting at $16/hour based on experience and skill level.  This role focuses on preparing and cooking meals in a fast-paced healthcare kitchen environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards. 
• Perform food preparation tasks including chopping, measuring, stocking, and organizing ingredients. 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while following all sanitation and health regulations. 
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule. 
• Support overall kitchen operations and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Required Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant cooking or line cook experience. 
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume food service environment. 
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper kitchen sanitation procedures.

Shift Details: 

• Every weekend, alternating: 
  -1st Shift:  6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  -2nd Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
