PAY: $17.00 / BOE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food safety standards.
- Ensure meals are prepared accurately and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and workstations.
- Properly store and rotate food inventory.
- Monitor food quality and presentation.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory as needed.
- Follow all health department regulations and safe food handling procedures.
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent service during regular business hours and special events.
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
