We have multiple openings available for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in preparing quality meals. - Previous cooking, food preparation, restaurant, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-focused environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift as needed throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen if required.
Cook / Line Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ensure meals are properly portioned, plated, and presented.
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and inventory organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support kitchen operations during busy meal periods and special events.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to provide an excellent guest experience.
Rewards and Schedule for the Cook / Line Cook
- Pay: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
- Multiple shift options available shift times may vary depending on seasonal needs of the resort:
- Breakfast Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Midday Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available.
