Position: Cook
Responsibilities:
Prepares and cooks meals for members and guests. Maintains established food quality standards and consistency of menu items. Sets up workstation, maintains cleanliness of work area, and monitors food temperatures. Adheres to state sanitation standards. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of related work experience. Must have excellent knife skills. Must have familiarity with duties in all areas of the kitchen and the ability to multi-task. Must have knowledge of culinary terminology and understanding of the fundamentals of cooking. Formal culinary education is preferred. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.Benefits:
