Typical Shifts:
5:30 am - 2 pm, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
2 pm - close, 3:00 pm - close

Role Summary: To prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, with the key aim of delivering food to our customers within specified timelines. Back of House positions include: breading table, chicken fryers, cold prep, working the line (reading the screens and preparing sandwiches ), making dough (breakfast), grill, dish. Usually our kitchen team members are cross-trained across the various Back of House stations. Our Back of House environment is very team oriented and extremely fast paced.


General Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Be involved and contribute at team meetings
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
• Protect the interest of the operator

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience not required but preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
