_____________________________________ Reports To: Prepared Foods Manager Secondary Relationship(s): Executive Chef, Department PIC(s), Kitchen Staff Supervisees: None AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Position Summary: The Prepared Foods Cook is responsible for the preparation of the department menu items and catering orders on a daily basis, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and compliance with provided recipes.
