We’re hiring a Cook to join our team. If you’re passionate about food, hospitality, and being part of a dynamic kitchen team — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As a Cook, you will:
- Prep ingredients: portion, chop, and store fresh fruits, vegetables, and basic items
- Cook and plate menu items (e.g., breakfast, soups, salads) according to recipes and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, stoves, grills, and microwaves
- Ensure food is cooked at proper temperatures and served in correct portions
- Clean and sanitize your station, tools, and equipment throughout your shift
- Keep your station stocked, organized, and assist line cooks or other team members as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of culinary experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for the entire shift
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
