Responsibilities for this position include:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.Set up and stock stations.Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
