Demonstrate knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
Able to demonstrate proficient software applications to include word processing, database and spreadsheet software.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unaided
Free from physical limitations that would interfere with required physical duties.
Development in all aspects of the professional area of food services operations.
