Cook 2: $22/hour start rate

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications.
  
• Ability to work 50% of the line or sautee.
  
• Maintain food safety standards and ensure proper food handling practices.
  
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service operations.
  
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 year's experience.
  
• Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably within fine dining or hospitality settings.
  
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  
• Excellent cooking skills with a focus on meal preparation and presentation.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
  

Working Conditions:

• You will be working in variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold).
  
• You may experience variable noise levels.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.
  
• Remain in stationary positions for extended periods of time throughout the work shift.
  
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
