Conveyor Belt Technician
We are seeking motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join a field service team installing and servicing industrial conveyor belt systems throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, traveling with a crew, and working in a variety of industrial environments. No prior conveyor belt experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Position Overview
After a brief training period, you will travel Monday through Friday with an experienced field crew to service and install industrial conveyor belt systems in:
- Warehouses
- Gravel plants
- Manufacturing facilities
- Other industrial environments
Projects vary in length and location. If a job wraps up early during the week, you will have the opportunity to work in the warehouse to prepare materials and cut belts to ensure a full 40-hour work week.
Schedule
- Typically Monday–Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hours and days may vary depending on job site)
- Travel required throughout the Rocky Mountain region
- You will travel in company vehicles (no personal vehicle required)
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00/hour starting pay
- Company-paid hotel accommodations

- Comfortable working in a variety of environments:
- Hot and cold temperatures
- Noisy, dusty, and dirty conditions
- Indoor and outdoor settings
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must provide:
- Steel-toed boots
- Work pants
