    **The Supervisor in Training (SIT) Program is a competitive leadership development opportunity designed to prepare high-potential employees for future Converting Department Supervisor positions. Participants will receive structured coaching, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on leadership experience while building the technical and people leadership skills necessary to lead a high-performing operation.

    **Minimum Eligibility Requirements

    • Available and willing to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
    • Satisfactory performance and disciplinary record.
    • Demonstrated safe work habits and a positive attitude.
    • Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Powerpoint.
