• Can you quickly diagnose and fix mechanical issues on the floor?
• Do you have experience in packaging, printing, or press/converting environments?
• Are you comfortable reading a tape measure and applying shop math?
• Is your attendance rock-solid with a history of long-term employment?
• Do you stay energized in a fast-moving setting?
• Can you lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical job demands?
• Are you available for occasional overtime?
• Do you have basic computer skills for data entry and checks?

What you’ll tackle

• Set up and assist with operating corrugated presses, gluing and folding equipment, strappers, band saws, and a slitter.
• Maintain consistent quality standards for packaging materials throughout production.
• Support efficient machine changeovers to ensure smooth runs.
• Partner with operators and teammates to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and resolve them promptly.
