Converting Line Lead Technician — Packaging Operations

Based in Jackson, TN

Are you the go-to troubleshooter who can steady a production line, coach an operator, and still catch a print defect at a glance? Imagine stepping onto the floor at 3:50 pm or 11:50 pm: you match people to lines, confirm machines are at speed, and make sure materials are staged. Each hour, you verify samples from running bags and film—checking color, print, and quality—so defects never reach a customer. When orders change, you drive swift, safe changeovers and return the line to target rates.
