    Controls Technician – Springfield, MO – $25–$45/hr. + Company Vehicle + 100% Paid Medical

    Position Details:

    • Title: Controls Technician
    • Location: Springfield, MO
    • Status: Full-Time | Field-Based | On-Call Every 6 Weeks

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Experience working as a Controls Technician or similar BAS specialist
    • Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting BAS hardware and software
    • Knowledgeable in system installation, functional testing, and commissioning procedures
    • Experienced with point-to-point checkout, wiring termination, and program adjustments
    • Comfortable working with Automated Logic systems (ALC highly preferred)
    • Clear and professional communicator with clients, contractors, and colleagues
    • Team-oriented with strong technical accuracy and attention to detail

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, commission, and service BAS systems across commercial and institutional facilities
    • Perform device testing, equipment startup, and low-voltage control wiring
    • Troubleshoot, update, and adjust existing BAS programming
    • Support retrofit, design-build, and service-focused project scopes
    • Maintain strong customer communication with building owners and contractors

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Hourly Rate: $25.00–$45.00/hr. (DOE)
    • Overtime: Available
    • On-Call: Every 6 Weeks
