Position Details:

- Status: Full-Time | Field-Based | On-Call Every 6 Weeks
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working as a Controls Technician or similar BAS specialist
- Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting BAS hardware and software
- Knowledgeable in system installation, functional testing, and commissioning procedures
- Experienced with point-to-point checkout, wiring termination, and program adjustments
- Comfortable working with Automated Logic systems (ALC highly preferred)
- Clear and professional communicator with clients, contractors, and colleagues
- Team-oriented with strong technical accuracy and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and service BAS systems across commercial and institutional facilities
- Perform device testing, equipment startup, and low-voltage control wiring
- Troubleshoot, update, and adjust existing BAS programming
- Support retrofit, design-build, and service-focused project scopes
- Maintain strong customer communication with building owners and contractors
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $25.00–$45.00/hr. (DOE)
- Overtime: Available
- On-Call: Every 6 Weeks
