Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing OperationsJob Description
This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment and facility systems. You perform both preventive and emergency maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. The position requires accurate documentation of maintenance activities and the ability to work flexible schedules in an industrial environment that may include noise, chemicals, high-voltage equipment, and other hazards.

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility that supports high-volume production for major automotive programs. You work around industrial machinery, high-voltage equipment, chemicals, and typical plant noise, following established safety and environmental procedures at all times. The role may require flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, and availability for emergency maintenance support. You use machine shop tools such as lathes, mills, drill presses, and welding equipment, as well as computers and maintenance systems to perform and document work. You also operate forklifts, material handling equipment, and company vehicles when needed.
