Ideal Candidate:
- Background as a BAS Controls Technician or similar field-based role
- Strong abilities in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining BAS systems
- Knowledge of commissioning processes and point-to-point field verification
- Experience with equipment startup, termination, and control wiring
- Comfortable modifying BAS programs or adjusting sequences of operation
- Effective communicator with building owners, operators, and facility staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot building automation systems
- Support system startups and assist with control device integration
- Identify and resolve issues in existing BAS programming
- Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure quality execution
- Verify installations against design documents, submittals, and engineering standards
- Deliver professional on-site communication and customer support
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000–$95,000 (DOE)
