Position Overview BLOC Resources is seeking a motivated and technically capable Controls Specialist 1 to support Southern Company operations in Ackerman, Mississippi. This position will provide engineering and field support across multiple controls-related projects within a power generation environment. Responsibilities include field verification of cables and wiring, site walkdowns, controls configuration and graphics, I/O list development, control narrative review and markup, cost estimating, conceptual design, layouts, and startup support.
