POSITION: Controls Service Technician II

SUMMARY:
General Responsibilities:
The Controls Service Technician II handles job start-up, checkout, and troubleshooting for systems and service installed jobs. Performs control service-related duties, including service agreement tasks and handles emergency calls as directed.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
60% Performs controls system inspections, service, and troubleshooting.
20% Provides customer service by responding to service calls to build and maintain customer relationships.
20% Provides technical assistance and training as needed.
