Job description:
Support the Financial Crimes Analytics Monitoring and Surveillance team with control updates and publishing controls to our system of records, issue management, SharePoint access requests
The candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a willingness to collaborate, and the ability to work with a variety of teams across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, work with a sense of urgency, drive results, and build strong internal and external relationships is essential.
Proven communication skills with the ability to influence, develop, partner with, and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels within the organization are required.
Plan and execute work independently by defining clear project scopes, establishing analytical frameworks, prioritizing competing deliverables, and proactively identifying risks or dependencies.
Ensure all outputs are timely, accurate, and supported by thorough documentation, including maintaining audit-ready records, tracking progress against milestones, and continuously improving processes to enhance control effectiveness.
