High-Visibility Plant Automation RoleThis Automation and Controls Engineer will be responsible for:Supporting plant-wide automation and controls systems.Providing day-to-day controls support for manufacturing operations.Troubleshooting production, process, and equipment-related issues.Upgrading and maintaining PLC, HMI, VFD, and controls infrastructure.Driving continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.Managing controls-related changes and equipment modifications.Supporting capital projects involving automation and controls systems.Collaborating closely with mechanics, electricians, operations, and plant leadership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
