Controls Engineer

Catalyx is seeking a Controls & AutomationEngineer with 4+ years of experience in control systems andinstrumentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experiencewith PLC systems and at least one of the following: SCADA, DCS,or Data Historian.

Responsibilities

·Design, program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCand control systems.

·Design and troubleshoot SCADA, DCS, or DataHistorian systems.

·Troubleshoot control system hardware andsoftware.

·Perform engineering design and troubleshootingof instrumentation.

·Write, update, and maintain control systemdesign and engineering documentation.

·Support system modifications, upgrades, testing,and commissioning.

Requirements

·4+ years of relevant controls, automation, orinstrumentation experience.

·Hands-on PLC programming andtroubleshooting experience.

·Experience with at least one of: SCADA,DCS, or Data Historian.

·Strong control system hardware and softwaretroubleshooting skills.

·Experience with instrumentation engineering andtroubleshooting.

·Experience developing and updatingtechnical/design documentation.
