Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Construction Technician IV to install, program, test, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot advanced building automation and control systems. This role plays a critical part in maintaining reliable system performance and ensuring projects meet quality and safety expectations. You'll collaborate with technical teams, support operational excellence, and contribute your expertise to complex control system installations and upgrades. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges while leading and developing others.

What’s the Job? 

  • Install, program, test, and calibrate control systems, including related software, hardware, and equipment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize control system performance.
  • Operate and maintain control systems in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support successful project execution.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and training to lower-level technicians.
