Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
• Oversee multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
• Manage intercompany transactions and cost allocations
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external advisors
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team
• Partner with leadership on systems, automation, and process improvements

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in a professional services or public accounting 
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Multi-entity or multi-location accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidation, and internal controls
• ERP experience required 
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $120K to $140K, depending on experience.
