Controller – Real Estate / Family Office


Established family office with significant real estate holdings seeking a senior accounting leader to oversee financial operations, investment analysis, and complex entity structures.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation
  • Oversee GAAP financial reporting, audits, and tax coordination
  • Manage trusts, ownership structures, and personal financial statements
  • Monitor portfolio performance, valuations, and new investment analysis
  • Lead accounting team and optimize Yardi Voyager


Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years in family office, public accounting, or commercial real estate
  • Advanced Yardi Voyager experience
  • Strong expertise in trust accounting, CAM reconciliations, and ownership mapping
  • CPA preferred
