    What We're Really Looking For

This is not a traditional "close-the-books" Controller role. We need a finance leader who can own the accounting function while also building reports, pulling data, analyzing trends, creating executive dashboards, and providing insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate enjoys digging into the numbers, creating meaningful reporting, and telling the story behind the data—not just recording it.
