Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• 
  
• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• 
  
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and accountability
• 
  
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning initiatives
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
• 
  
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic guidance
• 
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
• 
  
• Manage audit coordination, tax filings, and external reporting requirements
• 
  

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• 
  
• Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
  
  
•
